Job title: Head of Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £75k-£95k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 8+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm, they have shown a trend of continual growth and a recognition for outstanding work and lawyers. With a stellar reputation in the region and nationally, and the clients to back it up, they are now seeking a residential property partner to spearhead the continuing development and strategy of the team, thorough a combination of leadership and business development.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Playing a crucial role in developing the conveyancing services team, leading on matters directly and supervising juniors.
- Contributing to the growth of the department through business development, alongside delivering innovative client solutions.
- Being involved in the recruitment and ongoing success of the department, including mentoring and training.
A following would be ideal but a business case of how you can add value to the department would also be acceptable. Overall, if you have experience working for typically HNW individuals on residential matters and are seeking a team with zero politics and a some of the best work in the regions, then this role should be explored further.
