We are recruiting a Head Chef to run the kitchen at a brand-new restaurant and bar opening in South-West London. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to take full creative control, designing and delivering a menu that is entirely their own.

The concept is modern, casual, and vibrant – built around Mediterranean and Italian-inspired small plates, freshly made pizzas, bold seasonal salads, and a signature dessert that will get people talking. Backed by a strong independent brand and experienced operators, the restaurant will offer a high-energy atmosphere with great music, cocktails, beer on tap, and outdoor seating for the summer months.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Head Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited to shape a brand from the very beginning. You’ll oversee everything from menu development and sourcing to building and leading a talented team, working closely with the GM to bring this exciting new concept to life.

Head Chef Benefits:

What We are Looking For:

  • Proven tracks record a Head Pizza Chef within a independent Restaurant or Venue!
  • Really good knowledge of freshly made pizza and small plates.
  • Strong commitment within previous roles!
