This is a HR Administrator role which is an on going temp position based in Leicester, LE4. This is for a client in the Manufacturing and Production industry. The candidate is required to be immediately available.

This client is a large organisation in the Manufacturing and Production industry who have a strong presence in the Leicester area. This is a medium team looking for a HR Administrator who can start work straight away and is able to commute to LE4.
Description
- Managing and organising HR-related documents and employee records.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating training and development activities for staff.
- Managing HR-related queries from employees and management.
- Assisting with the preparation of HR reports.
- Supporting the HR team in any additional duties as required.
Profile
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in HR department of Manufacturing and Production industry
- Immediately available
- Able to commute to LE4
- Experience as a HR Administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
