The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead the people function and shape the future of the HR operations. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performance organisation within the commercial property and flexible workspace sector
As the HR lead, you will take ownership of the department, driving initiatives that modernise processes, integrate AI tools, and implement contemporary systems to maximise efficiency. You will operate as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, ensuring compliance, supporting growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance
- Implement a streamlined HR system and watertight processes across the employee lifecycle
- Provide strategic input on people management and workforce planning at Board level
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and keep abreast of evolving HR best practices
- Anticipate and resolve HR challenges, championing proactive solutions
- Support organisational change initiatives while managing resistance and driving engagement
Experience:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (additional certifications a plus)
- Senior-level experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems
- Commercial awareness with the ability to link HR to financial and operational strategy
- Excellent communication skills to influence at Board level and across the organisation
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
