Description
- Oversee the company’s financial operations within the transport and distribution department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Monitor and control the company’s budget and expenditures.
- Work closely with other department leaders to optimise financial performance.
- Participate in strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level.
Profile
A successful Interim Fiscal Controller should:
- Be Fully Qualified or Qualified by Experience (ACA is preferred)
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Non profit and audit experience preferred.
Job Offer
- A competitive daily rate of £400-£500/day (if goes permanent, £67,500 to £75,000)
