A housing association are looking for Interim HR Projects (HRIS) to lead on HRIS functionality improvements and create process maps aligned to their processes. The role is to start from April and is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Description

A Interim HR Projects (HRIS) to:

– Review the current HRIS (Bamboo HR), doing an assessment of current capability, and look at functionality improvements

– The HRIS is currently operating to a basic functionality

– Lead on implementing a variety of modules such as, recruitment, and performance management

– Review current HR processes, and re-design new process maps, as well as align the HRIS to these processes

– Integrate processes, templates and improve overall user experience of the HRIS

– Support on training to upskill the organisation on the HRIS functionality

– Create FAQ’s for queries

– Look at improving existing modules and functionality, such as the time off module

– Integrate HR business process into the HRIS

– Improve system capability and functionality, looking at automation

Profile

A Interim HR Projects (HRIS) with:

– Previous experience of implementing a HRIS or improving system capability / functionality

– Previous experience using Bamboo HR essential

– Able to start from April

Based in London with hybrid working

£230-400 per day on offer. Potentially flexible – awaiting budget sign off.

Day rate is aligned to experience
