Are you an experienced HR Transformation Consultant with a strong background in leadership development, performance management, and HR systems implementation? We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Redditch seeking an expert to drive key people initiatives and enhance HR processes.
Description
As an Interim HR Transformation Consultant, you will:
- Lead Leadership Development Initiatives – Build capability and enhance leadership effectiveness across all levels.
- Transform Performance Management – Design and implement robust frameworks to drive engagement and productivity.
- Deliver HRIS Implementation – Lead the deployment of a new HR system, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders – Partner with leadership teams to drive strategic HR improvements.
- Support other ad-hoc projects as required
Profile
- Proven experience in HR transformation within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Expertise in leadership development and performance management strategies.
- Hands-on experience delivering HRIS projects from selection to implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Redditch.
