Description
- Stock Management & Reconciliation: Conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and 3rd party logistics to ensure smooth stock movement and availability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring inventory levels, identifying trends, and generating reports for key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce stock variances.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all inventory transactions align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- You must be available for an immediate start
- Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management (FMCG or manufacturing background preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
