Junior Brand Manager – Hospitality Business

Salary: £38,000-£40,000

Are you a passionate and creative brand enthusiast looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry? We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to help shape and execute the brand strategy across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing hospitality business, supporting marketing campaigns and developing brand assets.

The role:
– Support in evolving and implementing brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
– Assist in developing campaigns, digital content, packaging, menus, and promotional materials.
– Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across social media, website, and email marketing.
– Help bring the brand to life through in-store activations, collaborations, and experiences.
– Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform brand strategy.
– Work cross-functionally with operations, design, and external partners to ensure seamless brand integration.

Experience:
– 1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
– A creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
– Experience with content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
– A team player with excellent communication.
– Passionate about hospitality, food, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
