Description

Lead the preparation and accuracy of property-related financial data, including month-end close, year-end submissions, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Manage and support a team of Assistant Management Accountants, ensuring timely task completion and personal development.

Oversee the forecasting and budgeting processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with financial deadlines.

Respond to external audit queries and support technical accounting matters such as asset impairments and restoration provisions.

Contribute to health and safety initiatives and actively participate in continuous improvement projects across operational sites.

Handle ad-hoc financial queries and carry out additional tasks as requested by the line manager.
Profile
- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
