As they expand into Latin America, they’re seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to support new market openings and drive operational excellence across the region. The Role
* Lead store openings and ensure smooth operations across multiple markets, maintaining brand standards and driving daily operational excellence.
* Develop dashboards, track store launch timelines, and identify opportunities to boost sales and performance.
* Collaborate with leadership to implement improvement strategies, bringing a hands-on, adaptable approach to a fast-growing international environment.
What they are looking for:
* Proven experience in franchise operations and the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
* Strong background in supporting new market openings, implementing operational processes, and ensuring brand standards.
* Willingness to travel 50% of the time across Latin America to support regional operations and store launches.
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Strong knowledge of data analytic tools for operational tracking and analysis
