Job Title: Non-Contentious Insurance/Regulatory Associate- Top 20 firm
Salary: £107,000-£115,000
PQE Level: 2+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 20 City law firm, has a highly ranked insurance team and is looking to recruit a 2PQE+ Non-Contentious Insurance & Regulatory associate into their expanding team.
The role is focused on transactional and advisory work including: drafting and negotiating distribution and outsourcing agreements, FCA and PRA regulatory issues, re-insurance agreements such as captive programmes, insurance business transfers, advising on retail and commercial product development, strategic partnership/bancassurance arrangements.
Suits a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE gained within non-contentious insurance and regulatory matters within a leading City or national law firm.
