Condensed hour shift patterns considered e.g 4 day week, 9 day fortnight
About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hywel Dda University Healthboard, working within the community in Carmarthenshire supporting patients with intermediate care.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Occupational Therapist (Community) with:
- Occupational Therapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
- HCPC Registration.
- Proven experience in community Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
