The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join an exciting small restaurant group based in Central London . The group is known for its intimate, high-quality dining experiences, and with a new opening on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in its growth.
Responsibilities:
* Manage 2 sites , one established and the other a new opening coming soon.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and efficiency.
* Lead a small team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
* Drive operational excellence, implementing and maintaining high standards across both locations.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L to drive profitability and efficiency.
About You:
* You have new opening experience , with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple sites.
* You have experience working with independent businesses and owners and understand the dynamic nature of working in a smaller, more hands-on environment.
* You have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in intimate, high-end restaurant settings.
* You’re a natural leader, able to manage teams effectively while maintaining a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
