Personal Injury Paralegal – Bristol
Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well-established national law firm.
Our client is a dynamic national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Personal Injury team in Bristol.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of predominantly RTA motor, motorcycle, pedestrian and cyclist cases involving a variety of injuries (including some minor traumatic brain injuries). The caseload will be Claimant MOJ and Fast Track matters. You will be required to manage claims from inception to settlement including post-litigation stages.
To be considered, you must have claimant personal injury case handling experience in both MOJ and Fast Track. It is essential to have experience of conducting proceedings in both Part 8 and Part 7 procedures.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £26,000 and an attractive benefits package. They also operate a hybrid working policy where you will be able to do a mixture of office and remote working.
