Description
- Ensure safe and efficient dispensing of medication
- Conduct patient medication reviews
- Provide professional advice on healthcare issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy services
- Participate in health promotion programmes
- Oversee the ordering and storage of medical products to ensure continuous supply
- Comply with legal regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care
Profile
A successful Pharmacist should have:
- A degree in pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach to pharmacy practice
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
