Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy within the store
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals

- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Manage the inventory and stock levels of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies

Profile
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- A degree in pharmacy from a recognised university
- Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
