Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Advising individuals and families on wills, trusts, and executries.
- Handling complex inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
- Administering estates and providing expert guidance on tax-efficient solutions.
- Working closely with clients to deliver tailored private client legal services.
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes to provide informed advice.
Profile
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years’ PQE in private client law.
- Experienced in wills, executries, trusts, and tax planning.
- Skilled in client relationship management, with strong technical expertise.
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
