Overview
This multi-office West Midlands firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy department.
The role will suit a NQ+ and you will work alongside a Partner and Solicitor, dealing with your own matters and assisting with more complex cases. You will be involved in:
- Drafting Wills
- Preparation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorneys
- Administration of Estates
- Administration of Trusts
- Providing Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax Advice
- Engaging in business development and marketing initiatives
