Overview

Property Disputes

NEW BRISTOL OFFICE

This outstanding top 80 UK Law firm with a number of UK offices is looking to expand. Although they have an established Property Disputes team across other locations, they are due to open new offices in the Centre of Bristol only a short walk from Temple meads.

In this team there is a huge variety of work, some examples including property related freehold and leasehold disputes, acting for both landlord and tenants including retail chains, investment funds, Charities and private landlords. Specific examples include commercial lease disputes, business lease renewals, termination of leases, dilapidation claims, breach of covenant, squatters and adverse possession, lease hold valuation tribunal and lands tribunal claims and more.

A fantastic team with a real mix of experience levels. Due to the new offices opening they would be interested in meeting with property dispute solicitors at all levels of experience. A following would be desirable but is not mandatory.

This firm offers a competitive salary, a fantastic benefits package, great bonus structure, hybrid working and a real work life balance. They provide ample support whenever you need it and are dedicated to personal development.

A fantastic opportunity to join a pre-established team with a client base, but form part of a new Bristol located team. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
