Property Litigation Solicitor – Yeovil
A great opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our busy client into their property litigation team. This property litigation solicitor will be joining a strong regional player who have a prestigious and established reputation.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse property litigation caseload to include;
- Commercial landlord and tenant cases,
- Acting for residential landlords,
- Property defects claims,
- Party Wall Act cases,
- Property ownership issues and TOLATA claims,
- Rights of way and easement disputes,
- Boundary disputes,
- Adverse possession,
- Trespass and nuisance claims,
- Restrictive covenants.
It is important that you have had atleast 2 years’ PQE of managing your own litigation caseload in a fast paced environment. If you have dealt with property litigation as part of a wider disputes caseload, please do get in touch.
