Real Estate Disputes Solicitor
Location: Cheltenham
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join this UK Top 70 Law firm based in Cheltenham. The team advise developers, owners, occupiers and investors of real estate on how to manage, resolve and avoid disputes.
The client base you would be working with in this team is second to none, there would be international clients, national and local corporates, charities, universities, NHS, colleges and individuals and so your case load would be varied.
To give an idea, within this position your case load would include issues arising from development agreements, land sale and purchase transactions, option and overage provisions, rights of light and more.
The team spans across two main offices however this opportunity is within the Cheltenham office.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience as a litigator ideally with your own following and exposure to County Court, Lands Tribunal and First Tier Tribunal. You must be confident to run your own case load and work well as part of a team.
