Our client is a recognised leading Southeast firm looking to add a skilled individual to their highly regarded commercial property team. Known for its excellent team ethos and leading senior lawyers in Real Estate, this firm offers the right candidate a superb platform on which to continue their professional standing and career.
The team works with a wide range of clients including in retail and leisure, healthcare businesses, lenders and corporate occupiers. There will be a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work amongst others.
As well as running your own case load, you will also support the partners in client marketing and business development activities to develop the team’s client base and develop your own individual contacts.
