Overview
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading Warwickshire firm.
The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing, along with managing and supporting a small team at You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members.
You will have a minimum of 5 years residential conveyancing experience in sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, new builds and freehold and leasehold matters.
You will need excellent management, communication and organisational skills, proficiency in IT and have a polite and patient manner.
