Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: €40,000 – €60,000 per year
Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a vibrant restaurant in Oslo.
About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and drive the restaurant’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff to achieve their full potential.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
* Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
* Monitor stock levels and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
* Address customer feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong organizational and financial management skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
* Passion for food, beverage, and delivering top-tier service.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English + Norwegian OR Swedish fluent is a must
