Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Associate- Top 20 City Law Firm
Salary: £124,000-£135,000
PQE Level: 1-3 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm:
- Our longstanding client, a prestigious Top 20 City law firm with a highly regarded restructuring & insolvency team.
Role:
- Financial restructurings and workouts including debt for equity swaps and schemes of arrangement
- Special situations and strategic investments to include NPL and loan-to own strategies
- Distressed M&A and pre pack
- Formal insolvency including liquidations, receivership, administrations
- Cross border restructurings

Successful candidate:
- 1-3 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Working within a dedicated restructuring and insolvency team within a ranked London or regional team
