Job Title: Sales Manager – Premium London Catering Company
Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus
Are you passionate about food & events and would like the chance to work with some of the most beautiful London venues? This premium London catering company are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with excellent people skills to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage the sales team to achieve their targets
- Effectively communicate function details and client requirements to operations team.
- Maintain & build new relationships with venues
- Organise client meetings & tastings
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within a similar company environment in a comparable focus
- Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality
- Proven track sales record
- Ability to demonstrate a wide range of event experience
- Clear and confident communicator
- Proactive and flexible approach to workload
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude
