A leading multisite leisure business is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead UK finance operations across their UK estate.
This is a high-impact role partnering with operational leadership to drive performance, strengthen financial controls, and deliver fast, insight-led reporting within a dynamic international group.
Responsibilities:
- Performance analysis (revenue, labour, margins, utilisation)
- Business partnering with UK leadership teams
- Monthly reporting (IFRS) & group consolidation support (US GAAP exposure)
- Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
- Full ownership of accounting, controls & compliance
- Leadership of a small finance team
- Systems & process improvement (ERP/POS environment)
Candidate Profile
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong background in multisite retail, leisure or hospitality
- Commercially minded with strong technical accounting skills
- Confident communicator with proven leadership ability
- Experience with ERP systems
