Description
- Lead and manage the planning and scheduling process for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in conjunction with project teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress and schedule status.
- Identify and manage potential schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedule and objectives.
- Provide input into project strategy and planning sessions.
- Support the project team in the implementation of planning best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
Profile
A successful Senior Planner should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with planning software such as Asta, Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
