Covers: 200 daily, 800+ on weekends

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join a thriving Italian brasserie in Southwest London. This high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serves authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine and is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and oversee a talented brigade.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have experience in pasta, pizza, and grill sections and will be confident working across all stations. There is a strong focus on quality ingredients and seasonal specials, with chefs having input into menu development.

What They Are Looking for in a Senior Sous Chef:

* A highly organised Senior Sous Chef with experience in a high-volume restaurant
* Background in premium or authentic Italian dining, with skills in fresh pasta, pizza, and grill
* Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
* Experience in stock ordering, inventory management, and kitchen compliance

The Role:

* Oversee daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef
* Maintain high standards of food preparation and execution
* Ensure efficient service across three busy services daily
* Work closely with senior management to evolve the menu and maintain quality
