Operating from a successful kiosk-style format in South West London, the business is now looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the operation and play a key role in its next stage of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a bakery, coffee shop, café, or food-to-go background who is looking to make a real impact within a growing business. Whether you’re an experienced Store Manager seeking a fresh challenge or a strong Assistant Manager looking for your first Store Manager role, this position offers genuine progression as the company continues to expand.
The Ideal Store Manager:
- Experience within a bakery, coffee shop, café, food-to-go, or fast-casual environment
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being part of the daily operation
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, labour, and cost controls
- Confident leading, coaching, and developing small teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working within a founder-led business where no two days are the same
- Ambitious and eager to grow alongside the business
Desirable Experience:
- Managing a kiosk, compact format, or grab-and-go operation
- Opening new sites or supporting business growth initiatives
- Experience within artisan bakery, speciality coffee, or premium food concepts
- Training and developing team members into future leaders
