Description

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Acting as first point of contact for potential businesses.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Providing product information and delivering product demonstrations to drive sales.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Managing customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Telesales Agent should have:
