As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be handling inbound calls from a customer patch of up to 200 customers, providing support and guidance to their queries.

Our client is a leading and well-known entity within the not-for-profit space and they are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stockport office on a temporary on-going basis with the view to go permanent.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Answering calls and handling call-centre type queries related to customer well-being.
  • Providing compassionate and empathetic care to customers.
  • Updating customer accounts within a CRM system.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience working within a call centre environment is essential
  • Can commit to an on-going temporary role with the view to go perm
  • Confident on the phone and a positive demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
  • Team Player

A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role & successful DBS check.

Fully flexible is required for this as it does include different shifts on a 16 week rota which include days (06:00 – 16:00pm), (14:00pm – 22:30pm) and (22:00pm – 06:00am).
