We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Receptionist to manage our client’s front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks on a temporary basis for circa 6 weeks.

Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping an inventory of stock.
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Job Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of between £11.70 and £15.00.
