Key responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning operatives

Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance

Ensuring cleaning standards and schedules are consistently met

Carrying out quality checks

Supporting with training and onboarding of team members

Ensuring health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed

Reporting any issues to management
