Are you an experienced corporate solicitor looking to work with exceptional clients on market-leading corporate matters? This highly ranked corporate team are going through an exciting period of growth.
The successful corporate solicitor will be joining this fantastic corporate team, where they work on a city quality level of corporate work. Working on a range of M&A, capital markets, private equity transactions, reorganisations and more for public and private bodies.
You will be an experienced corporate solicitor with atleast 5 years’ PQE from a reputable corporate team. You will have good academics and show that you are able to work under pressure. This team are growing at all levels, so please apply if you have more or less experience.
