I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading golf brand for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee the full F&B operation at a prestigious private golf property in Scottsdale.
The Role
The Food & Beverage Director will lead day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and event functions
- Lead, coach and develop the F&B team, with a strong focus on service standards
- Manage budgets, P&L, labor, inventory and cost controls
- Develop and implement operational and financial plans
- Build strong relationships with members, guests, vendors and internal teams
- Oversee private events and special functions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall F&B experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably within a private club, golf club, resort or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Proven experience with budgeting, P&L and cost control
- Excellent communication and member/guest service skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, service-driven environment
- Strong understanding of current food & beverage trends and operations
