General Manager – Entertainment Group
Location: Dobbs Ferry, NYC
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 DOE + 20% Quarterly Bonus

The concept combines a premium entertainment experience with food and beverage service, creating a unique environment where hospitality, service, and guest engagement are at the heart of the operation. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking an ambitious General Manager to help lead their team!
The Role
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance of the location. You will also provide oversight of the adjacent restaurant.
General Manager responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer queries and operational issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor
- Provide a positive and motivating work environment and culture
- Guide and train a large team to success
- Be an ambassador for the company and build strong working relationships
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 5+ years Hospitality Management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills and can work well as part of a team
- Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
