Maintenance Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + Benefits
We’re partnering with a luxury hotel looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.
About You
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
- Monitor equipment performance, costs, and work orders.
- Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
