Job Title: Private Equity Senior Associate- Elite City law firm
Salary: £180,000-£220,000
PQE Level: 5+
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:
- Advising portfolio companies in relation to acquisitions, disposals, financing, restructuring
- Exits including IPOs and trade sales
- PE investments in high profile companies including takeovers, JVs, minority investments

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- UK private equity experience gained within a Magic Circle, US, or Silver Circle law firm at Senior Associate level
